Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

MQ is a B2B SaaS subscription. Unless an order form says otherwise, subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once paid, except where required by applicable law.

There are no refunds for change of mind, unused time, partial periods, delayed setup caused by customer data/readiness, or downgrades during a paid period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not reverse charges already incurred.

Promotional, implementation, onboarding, or discounted fees are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing. Any discretionary refund or credit does not create a precedent or obligation to provide another one.

Customers remain responsible for exporting required data before cancellation or termination according to the confirmed exit process.
